#54 frankI’m seeing more houses listed as short sales. I’m even seeing houses bough in 2004 listed as short sales (don’t know if they were hel17)IRoc;m hoping for another 10 to 15% off so we can skip the starter home/buy a pos and renovate house and go right to a house to live in for the next 15+ years.
