the ONLY cure I’ve found thats worked consistently has been opiates. I don’t take them for breakthrough pain, I take them to kill cycles. Since I was put on buopniprrhine tabs 8mg a day, I havent had a single cycle. Suboxone didnt work as the nalaxone made things worse, but the cheap generic buprinorphine tabs have been a godsend. They dont get you high (they are very addictive), but are better then having 3-4 month cycles with 1 month breaks. Cocaine also worked but doesnt last. They come back.
